Inside Line Promotions – LINDSAY, Okla. (March 27, 2018) – Harli White is heading to Kansas this weekend to tackle the 8th annual Park City Cup/Air Capital Shootout.

The two-day event, which is held this Friday and Saturday at 81 Speedway in Park City, pays $13,000 to the winner of the finale.

“There is a lot of money on the line so I’m sure there will be a lot of cars there and some of the best drivers,” she said. “It’s a great opportunity to test ourselves.”

White last competed at the track in March 2016 during the Park City Cup/Air Capital Shootout. She charged from 24th to 16th on the opening night before a crash ended the finale early.

White’s best winged sprint car finish at the oval came in 2015 when she charged from 20th to a ninth-place result to garner the Hard Charger Award for passing the most cars. She also posted seventh-place finishes during non-wing sprint car competition in 2015 and 2013.

“We don’t have a lot of experience at 81 Speedway, but we have a few good runs under our belt,” she said. “We’ve had a fast race car this season so hopefully we can continue to have the speed. Then if we fine-tune the car and I continue to grow as a driver we’ll be running up front sooner than later.”

White will have new t-shirts ranging from youth 2T to adult 4xl in multiple colors for sale at her race trailer this weekend.
